The dashboard is our graphical reporting tool that offers near real-time data about patient billing and point-of-care conduct. Why the MediMobile Dashboard?

MediMobile is uniquely well-positioned to create an administrator dashboard. Our mobile charge capture suite not only makes patient billing easy for physicians, but it also collects a large amount of data about patient encounters and group billing practices. While our Reporting & Analytics Suite already offers administrators useful data, we decided to make it even easier to analyze this information. Each of these graphics draws on a custom report the refreshes approximately every 15 minutes. Administrators can create custom dashboards with as many of these reports as they like. Reports can be customized to use different graphs, track different facilities or groups and resized and reorganized to make the dashboard perfect for your needs. We currently offer 14 dashboard reports but we are adding new ones every week!

How Can You Use the MediMobile Dashboard?

The primary purpose of the MediMobile Dashboard is to offer a big picture overview of the way that revenue flows in your practice. Data can be sliced at the organization, provider and even CPT & ICD-9 (and ICD-10) code level to analyze current practices and pinpoint weaknesses in your bill creation and collection processes.

The real power of the MediMobile Dashboard is when it is used with in conjunction with MediMobile’s SmartCode and Rules Engine. We can create custom rules and prompts to address the weaknesses that our dashboard helps you identify.

For example, the dashboard might highlight the fact that providers are not confirming their bills after they finish editing them. This introduces a two-day delay in the billing cycle that doesn’t improve bill accuracy. After identifying this issue with the MediMobile Dashboard, our engineering team can create a rule to auto-confirm bills once providers edit them. This feedback loop offers a great way to help increase your practice revenue by improving front-end practices.

The most important detail is that the MediMobile Dashboard is available free of charge for current MediMobile customers. All of our data analytics tools are included in the monthly subscription cost.
